Orchestral and Concert Performance

Performing with orchestra since the age of 13, Harpist Iona has a wealth of experience in ensemble playing. Beginning with the Bromley Youth Music Trust ensembles, Iona later led the harps of the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain at the BBC proms and touring internationally. Iona has more recently worked with the BBC Scottish, the London Musical Theatre Orchestra, the London Gay Symphony Orchestra, the South East London Orchestra, and even the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra. Iona has an extensive list of solo repertoire available to personalise, simply contact Iona to discuss your concert and repertoire.
Musical Directing
Through her mentorship with The London Musical Director Scheme under Katy Richardson (SIX THE MUSICAL), Iona has gone onto lead several groups, currently Musical Director for the Quay Players in their 2024 Summer run of 'SpongeBob The Musical'.

Iona has performed for several online recording series' including the BBC Scottish record of 'The Swan'.

Using her home studio, Scarlett Studio Microphones and interfaces, Iona can be booked for recording work privately or through 'SoundBetter' online.
